➥ Retainer: The initial retainer/deposit fee is strictly non-refundable as it locks in the date and prevents Provider from taking other bookings.

➥ Cancellation Notice One: If Client cancels more than [30] days before the event, the remaining balance will be waived or if paid in full 50% of payment will be refunded.

 

➥ Cancellation Notice Two: If Client cancels [29] days or fewer before the event, Client is liable for the full remaining balance.

➥ Rescheduling: Client may request to change the date up to [30] days before the event. Date changes are subject to Provider's availability. A $50 change fee may apply.
